QUALITY CONTROL 
Quality always takes top priority at HEFT. For us it is natural that quality only happens when you care enough to do your best. We belive that our customers are entitiled to the best equipments that can be designed and manufactured to their specifications and delivered on scheduled. It is foremost obligation to maintain without compromise this quality objective. 

QUALITY OBJECTIVES 
We are committed to render Thermal Transfer Systems / Products of Consistent Quality to our Customers as well as Complying with Requirements and Continually Improve the Effectiveness of Quality Management System to achieve Customer Satisfaction.

To maintain Consistent Quality and to ensure Compliance with Customer Requirements by ensuring that Instances of Customer Rejections are maintained at Nil every Month. 
To enable Continual Improvement of Quality Management System by achieving at least one Improvement per Six Months. 
To achieve target of Total Customer Satisfaction by aiming initially for at least 70 % Customer Satisfaction.
